Hello all, I hope that everyone is having a great Thursday. I was having a few bad moments these last couple of days, but that is a part of life. It depends on how you handle those situations that define how your day will continue to go or your week, for that matter. I just simply turned those bad moments into positive energy. I shifted my focus onto something more positive like, cleaning, exercising, and writing. Now, I am a little sore from the exercising, but it sure made me feel better afterwards.
Any who, I am thankful for all things because everything is a learning experience and an opportunity to make what looks like a bad situation into a positive outcome. I am thankful for my family, friends, my health, and also my meantime. When looking at life, it is necessary to take into concept all things and if you are truly thankful you will also appreciate the bad with the good because it is those times when you find out how truly blessed you really are. Everyday is a blessing and everything in it. Look at things through different lenses and you will find a blessing behind every situation. Living to learn and learning to live.
I stated that I am also thankful for my meantime. Sometimes we may not understand or even know that we are in a ‘meantime‘ situation. What is a meantime situation? I am glad you asked… it is a working time, a time when things seem to be falling apart at the seams, literally and metaphorically. For some, it becomes a place of reflection because you find yourself in a situation that you don’t want to be or a place that you had not anticipated being. You tend to look at what was done versus what could have been done. Some people may second guess themselves, when they end up in a meantime situation, but if you look at it from the standpoint, that everything happens for a reason; maybe it is where you are supposed to, be at this time. It is not a bad place to be, although some may beg to differ. Anyway, it is a place where either you can learn from, work on, and grow from or become complacent and stagnate and meddle in it; the method to the madness is all depending on how you approach your meantime.
Take time to just sit back and think…what are you thankful for and what you could be doing in your meantime. Until next time!!!
